Fit and fabric
Castielli uses EU sizing from XS to 2XL. The vest is cut trim so it layers under jackets without bulk; take your usual size to wear it over a shirt, or one size up if you plan to wear it over heavier knits. The fabric is 100% pure cashmere with a smooth, dry hand.

- Hand wash cold with a mild wool detergent, or dry clean

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. For another size, the fastest way is to return it and order the new size.

Hand wash cold or use the wool cycle, then dry flat rather than on a hanger so the shoulders keep their line. Lift any pilling with a cashmere comb once a season. Between wears, air it overnight instead of washing.
The Fibre
Cashmere and extra-fine merino
Cashmere traps air instead of adding weight, which is why a thin crewneck outperforms a thick one. Extra-fine merino handles the days that start cold and end mild, and takes several wears between washes. Both are knitted to a weight you can layer under a coat without bulk at the shoulder.
The Knit
Ribbing that springs back in February
Cuffs and hem knitted tight enough to hold after a season, seams finished on the inside, and a neck that lies flat instead of rolling. The parts you only judge on the tenth wear.
