Returns & Exchange

Wrong size happens. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange any piece, free of charge.

1. Email support@castielli.com with your order number and the size you need.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Your new size ships as soon as the carrier scans your return.

Pieces must be unworn, with the original tags attached. Refunds follow the same 14 day window and are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
